Sep., 2000- Sep., 2003 worked in Institute of Coal Chemistry as an associate researcher, taking part in Chinese National Natural Foundation and State Key Foundation Program for Development and Research of China.
Sep., 2004-nowadays worked in Institute of Coal Chemistry as a researcher and doctor director, being responsible for Chinese National Natural Foundation (Contract No.21373254 and 20303026), 863 projects (Contract No.2006AA05Z310) and Enterprise research project (Contract No.KDYJ-HKF-0001). To publish paper more than 20 and be granted 10 patents, and receive an award.

Direction:
1. Research on iron-based or cobalt-based catalysis for carbon monoxide hydrogenation
2. The structure and catalytic performance of Cu catalyst in hydrogenation of ester
3. The kinetic and reactor modeling of hetergenous catalysis
